Great Location/Beautifully Updated
This visually stunning unit is a short walk to the beach and many place to eat. A short ride to the historical district. Well stocked and clean. Upon entering you are greated with a sweet aurma that adds to the "Good Vibes Only" wall that is selfie ready. We eat at many of the owner recommended dining stops and loved every bite. This a bucket list property!

Great weekend
This townhouse was decorated so cute and chic! It was very convenient and close to everything. Lauren was very quick to respond and great to work with.

Great accommodations
The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. Also only a short walk to the beach and many shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Convenient Location
We had a great stay at Lauren's rental. We came in town for a concert at the amphitheater and could not be happier with the location. If you are going for the beach the location is exceptional as well. Lauren was very quick to respond when we had any questions. Overall it was a great trip.

Perfect
Property was exactly as pictured. Easy access and within walking distance to a beautiful beach. Love everything about the property and area. Will definitely come back to St. Augustine again and use one of Lauren’s properties!
