Great time here in St Augustine! The place was clean and comfy. We would stay here again

The space is nicely furnished and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The light fixtures by the beds were especially nice and allowed for reading as opposed to just ambience. The host was good about answering my question about parking but didn’t follow through with my request for an early check-in. I did check in early and was informed that they didn’t allow for host walk-through. Perhaps that might have resulted in additional paper products. What follows are issues that would help make this rental even more welcoming. Upon arrival we checked the kitchen for what things were provided and what wasn’t. First, there was no coffee maker other than a Keureg which we don’t use. A small standard coffee maker would have been nice. We made due. Also, there was only a small roll of paper towels and no Kleenex. These are small amenities that should be included especially given the rental fee. It would also be helpful to include written guidelines for the TV. The above aren’t deal breakers. We did enjoy the space and gave it 5 stars because there wasn’t an opportunity in the review to rate between 4 and 5. Might think about that too.

Perfect location stayed 2 nights. Will definitely return. No coffee pods for kuerig when we arrived. Contacted host and they delivered right away!

Right across the street from the beach, this place is so cute!! My sister and I enjoyed our time so much, and would definitely be back.
