Coconut Grove|Summer Savings!

This was the third of 3 places we vacationed in January. Without exception the cleanest and most beach convenient rental. The beach is one block away and very nice. Unit only has a Kuerig for coffee however plenty of pods were provided. One thing of note (we also found the same at the two previous units) bring your own seasonings if you plan to cook. All appliances worked and our stay was most enjoyable. We would definitely stay again.

My family and I absolutely loved this place! The walk to the beach was so short and easy, and being right behind Conehead’s ice cream shop was perfect for the family. Coconut Grove is by far one of my favorite places we’ve stayed at in St. Augustine, and we’ve come to this beach every year for the last 10 years. Everything was so clean, up to date, and you can’t beat the screened in porch! Our property host, Lauren, was very nice and friendly. She made sure to check on us during and after the trip which was great. I will definitely try to book this place again whenever we come back! 5 stars for Coconut Grove!

Had a great stay right by the beach. The host was communicative and the house had all the basics you may need. Would stay again!

very cute, little place in an awesome location. Outdoor porch was our favorite part!

The place was clean but damaged. Kitchen was poorly stocked, only one pan and a spatula that didn’t fit in the pan. One window didn’t lock, which is where my sons were sleeping. Linens were cheap. The dishwasher door was the worst and impaled my leg multiple times. For the cost I won’t stay there again. The place was clean and relatively safe for the kids.
