Up On The Rooftop l New Jacuzzi!

The neighborhood is quiet, and house was comfortably outfitted for the 4 of us. We enjoyed the majority of our time relaxing on the roof deck and at the beach. The host was very communicative and quickly available when needed!

This was a very special trip for me and my mom since we lived in this house as mother daughter duo for most of my childhood. The house is still so comfortable and inviting! The neighborhood (Butler Beach) is still my favorite in St. Augustine -- quiet with access to an incredible beach. The beach is wide, has driving access ramp, dune walkover, lifeguards, and great sand. The house itself has a nice open layout with the roof deck being a highlight. We appreciated being able to use the beach chairs and umbrella provided too!

My family and I stayed at Up on the Rooftop recently and our expectations were met and exceeded by the property. It was just the right size for 4 adults and 3 1/2 little ones. Though evening storms kept us from the actual rooftop (which is great), we enjoyed the rest of the home, which was stocked with all of the kitchen and beach hardware essentials. Beach wagon, boogie boards, sandcastle tools, beach chairs, towels. The best part was that the house was 200 steps from the sand. The pictures look like it’s down the street, but it’s a tiny parking lot and one row of houses away. It’s also 1 minute from stores and restaurants and less than 10 minutes from Anastasia (more restaurants, mini golf, large grocery stores, breweries, bridge to St. Augustine). We received great communication when we reached out to our hostess, and we had no issues while we stayed.

I really enjoyed my stay, short walk to beach and plenty of other activities if you drive into town, which is close.

Clean house in a great location. Listings was accurate and communication with management was easy.
