Perfect beach house for couples. Great location. Easy walk to everything. Beach is 3 min walk.

Lauren and her family provide a AAA property for our stay in St. Augustine, Fl. The property is (4) houses off the beach, a very easy journey for a most enjoyable day and evening experience. We were less than 10 minutes from the historical part of St. Augustine with many fine restaurants within walking distance. The house itself was sparkling clean with comfortable furniture and an upgraded bathroom shower. Our stay was comfortable and too short. Lauren was in touch with us, easy too communicate with when necessary. We highly recommend this property for a stay of any length. Thank you Lauren

We had an absolutely lovely stay here for a few days. It was clean, welcoming and exactly as described. All amenities were thought of. We especially loved how close it was to the beach and spent much of our time there. We will be back, but next time for a longer stay. Thank you!!

Great for a couple. Everything you need in the kitchen, and for the beach too! We had a couple days out of our week with spotty weather, and it was nice to be able to pop over to the beach or back, and use the patio as the weather changed. Host is very responsive.

My husband, Cavapoo pup and I enjoyed a wonderful five days at the “Couples Retreat”, just steps from the Atlantic Ocean at St. Augustine Beach. The rental was equipped with everything we could possibly need and had a bed that was super comfy. The location is close to A Street where restaurants/bars were within walking distance. This 2nd floor cottage could pose a challenge for those who cannot manage steps. We preferred the privacy and street view it offered in a quiet neighborhood. Thank you Lauren for your excellent communication throughout the reservation process and check-in. It was a memorable stay in a beautiful city.
