Beach amazing. Kitchen well stocked. Good amount of beach equipment (chairs, boogey boards, etc). Great porches. I want to go back.

You cannot beat this location! STUNNING VIEWS! This is as close to the beach as you can get. Even while sitting on the patio you feel like you are on the beach. Only con for some ppl could be that there is a lot of steps so not good for elderly or handicapped but for anyone okay with going up several flights of stairs this is a great house! Low water pressure as well but we were okay with it. The pros far outweighed any cons which were hardly any. We are so in love with this house and hope to come back again! Noticed it was up for sale which is a shame bc we are dying to stay there next year. Love love love!! Oh and grocery store was only like 8 minutes away (Publix).

Amazing beach side location along old A1A. Just a few flip-flop steps away to toes in the sand. Very private beach! If watching dolphins & listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean is balm for your soul - then Buddy's Beach House is the place for you! Great location between Flagler Beach and St. Augustine! House has everything you need. Just drop your luggage & grab a balcony seat and a beverage. You'll feel your cares just melt away!
